Shipping & Delivery

 

  • How long do you take to process my order?

    • We will process your order within 24 hours, and your order will be shipped out within 2-4 Working Days. 

  • Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

    • Unfortunately, no. Orders will be delivered only during weekdays and excluding public holidays.

  • What are your delivery options?

    • At the moment, we are offering a Flat Rate of $5.00 for all orders with no value or weight limitation!

  • I am not around when the courier came to my place!

    • No worries, you can reach out to the appointed courier to schedule for redelivery.

  • Can you leave the item at the doorstep or at the guardhouse?

    • We can put this on the memo when handing over the item to the courier. However, we will not be responsible for any missing items if left at the doorstep or signed for by someone else.

 


Exchange & Return

  • Can I exchange or return the item for refund?

    • If you decided to change your mind, kindly let us know within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Please do note the following conditions:

      • Only unused / sealed items can be returned for exchange or refund
      • Paid shipping fees will not be refunded if item returned for refund
      • Sending the item back to us will be at your own cost
      • It is advisable to use a trackable service when sending the item to us. We reserved the right to reject the request if we did not receive the item and if it is untrackable. 

  • How do I send the item back to you?

    1. Please submit a request form here. DO NOT SEND THE ITEM TO US YET!
    2. Allow us 1-2 working days to process your request. Our customer service team will reach out to you and advise on returning the item
    3. Proceed to send the item to the address given
    4. Once we received and reviewed the item, we will process exchange or refund accordingly.
    5. For refunds, kindly allow 7-14 working days for the credit to be reflected in your statement
